The proposed supervision arrangement requires a guardian to remain onsite for children under eight. Older children's arrival and collection arrangements depend on age and guardian permission. Final safeguarding procedures will be confirmed before opening.

The academy provides music tuition rather than a childcare or supervised waiting service. Families should follow the age-based arrival and collection arrangements communicated at enrolment.

Children requiring collection should be picked up by a parent, guardian or other authorised adult. Staff may check identification when necessary.

Staff will stop or adapt the lesson, contact the responsible guardian and arrange safe supervision and collection. Emergency assistance will be sought if necessary.

Please tell us about relevant needs before lessons begin so we can discuss a suitable individual support or safety plan. We will only request information necessary for safe and effective tuition.

Concerns about a child's safety will be taken seriously, documented appropriately and escalated promptly to the responsible person or authority when needed.

Routine communication with younger children goes through parents or guardians. Communication with older minors will use appropriate consent and professional academy channels.

Closed water bottles are generally suitable in teaching rooms. Food and other drinks should normally remain in designated areas, with reasonable medical or accessibility exceptions.
